DESCRIPTION:Join us for our next forum meeting that is focusing on social p
 rescribing in the borough. Tower Hamlets consist of eight GP networks\, ea
 ch of which employs a Social Prescriber. \nSocial prescribing helps to imp
 rove health and wellbeing for those who do not need a medical intervention
 \, by referring them to access non-clinical services and support.\nMany fa
 ith and community groups support the wellbeing of the community\, but are 
 unaware of what social prescribing is\, or how to get involved. \nJoin us
